Dr Kamal B Kapur Presents Talk During Annual Conference of All India Ophthalmological Society 2018

During the 76th Annual All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) Conference, held in Coimbatore this year, ophthalmologist and Director Sharp Sight eye hospitals Dr Kamal B Kapur presented a well-received talk on ‘Lecture and Scientific Debate Cutting Edge Technology in Challenging Phaco Procedures’. While emphasising the importance of such scientific programmes like AIOS conference 2018, Dr Kamal B Kapur said, “AIOS truly is the biggest Ophthalmic extravaganza of Indian Ophthalmology. Its an innovative academic feast for all the member Ophthalmologists across India and abroad as it brings us all together, under one roof, to discuss various advancements in technology and share our experiences.”

The All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) was established in the year 1930 and since then it has grown multifold with over 20,000 members. The objective of the society is to cultivate and promote the study and practice of ophthalmic sciences and research. As many as 6,000 ophthalmologists from various parts of the country and across the globe participated in the prestigious conference.

AIOS conference 2019 is scheduled to take place on Feb 14-17 at Indore.
